The Pacific Crest addition includes the expansion of an existing tenant space with a strong emphasis on finish carpentry. Cubicles are being constructed out of drywall and metal studs, with stained oak caps on top. Three barn doors are being installed, two of which are hanging on one large track for a conference room that over looks State Street.
This project consisted of the remodel and update of a 6,681-sf health care clinic. The entire building was brought up to current code and ADA compliance and more exam rooms were added, all while keeping the building operational. Construction was performed in two phases, completing one portion of the building completely before the next phase began.
