Ground up construction of a new K-8 school in Middleton, ID. 

Ground up construction of a 40,000 sf, two story K-12 charter school located on a 4.5 acre lot. 

Renovation of an existing 40,000 sf two story, tilt up building that was converted into a K-12 charter school. Included was converting an existing 17,000 sf asphalt parking lot into play area, including playground equipment, two half size basketball courts, four square, and teether ball.

A single story 28,000 sf additional to existing school campus. Also included 50,000 sf of site improvements

The second phase consisted of converting the remaining 50,000 sf of building into additional school space. 

The remodel of 30,000 sf of an existing mall space into a new charter elementary school. A new roof was put on the entire 90,000 sf building and building site was reconfigured to accommodate the school's traffic flow, with new landscaping, basketball court, and ball field.
